Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our heritage wool and cotton textiles.
Where are Faribault Mill products manufactured?
All of our woolen goods are proudly manufactured at our historic mill in Faribault, Minnesota, using techniques that have been perfected since 1865.
How should I care for my wool blanket?
For pure wool blankets, we recommend dry cleaning only to maintain the integrity of the fibers. For our cotton collections, machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle followed by tumble drying on low is recommended.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unwashed, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer shipping outside of the United States?
Currently, we offer shipping throughout the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary based on your specific location and selected shipping method at checkout.
Can I add a custom monogram to my order?
Yes, we offer high-quality embroidery services on many of our blankets and throws. You can select your preferred font and thread color directly on the product page.
Are your products made from sustainable materials?
We are committed to sustainability by using natural fibers like wool and cotton. Wool is a renewable, biodegradable, and durable resource that lasts for generations, reducing the need for frequent replacements.
